Where can I buy the peristaltic pump?
You can buy the peristaltic pump directly from the manufacturer & supplier of lab peristaltic pumps, LAMBDA Laboratory Instruments via eshop or contact us at sales@lambda-instruments.com to get the quotation.
Can we place the pump order through email?
Yes, you can confirm the order by email. We can either send you our banking details for wire transfer or PayPal invoice by email, according to your payment preferences.

Can we pay by credit card?
Do you take credit card as payment?
Yes, you can pay using your credit card. We accept the credit card payment.
To pay using your credit card, we suggest two options – buy through our eshop or we can send you a PayPal invoice via email (it is not necessary to create a PayPal account).

We accept the credit card payment via PayPal. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to make payments via PayPal on our eshop or PayPal invoice by email.
Can I place the order over the phone using a credit card?
It is not necessary to give us your credit card details over the phone. You can buy the peristaltic pump from our pump eshop using your credit card or we can send you the PayPal invoice by email.

What is the pump lead time
We have the peristaltic pumps (PRECIFLOW, MULTIFLOW, HiFLOW and MAXIFLOW) on stock; MEGAFLOW pump on request. We ship the pump as soon as we receive the payment on our bank account.
How long will it take to process the order?
We have the peristaltic pumps (PRECIFLOW, MULTIFLOW, HiFLOW and MAXIFLOW) in stock; MEGAFLOW pump on request. As soon as we receive the purchase order and payment, it could be shipped immediately.

Almost all of our US customers buy the instruments directly from us. We deliver the pumps worldwide by with the help of our transport partner, TNT. It is also possible to ship the pumps on your shipping account.
