Tubing for LAMBDA laboratory peristaltic pumps

Silicone pump tubing is recommended for optimal performance with LAMBDA peristaltic liquid pumps and the new pump series LAMBDA touch Peristaltic Pumps. Silicone tubing is both cost-effective and autoclavable, making it particularly suitable for sterile biotechnology applications.

In a chemical laboratory setting, alternative pump tubing options with similar mechanical properties, such as elasticity and hardness (shore 50-60), can also be used effectively with the LAMBDA (touch) peristaltic pump, provided they match the performance characteristics of the recommended silicone tubing.
